HOW RADIANCE TALLOW CAME TO BE
I grew up watching my mum turn every bottle around before she'd buy anything.
She was always so careful about what we put into and on our bodies because I was always struggling with sensitive and reactive skin.
Living with sensitive skin meant a bathroom full of half-empty products I'd hoped for and given up on. I rarely took photos without makeup. I didn't feel comfortable in my own skin.
Then a friend suggested I try tallow.
I hesitated but slowly, my skin started to change.
For the first time, people complimented my skin.

What changed most wasn't just how my skin looked. It was the relief of knowing exactly what I was putting on my face, and that made me want to understand where it actually came from.
So I went looking.
A regenerative farm in New South Wales. A small island in Japan where centuries of tradition sit behind the Organic Camellia Japonica in our balm.
I didn't want to just source from these places. I needed to go there.
Twenty-six batches in my kitchen and thirteen lab samples later, we made our first face balm.
Radiance Tallow was built while I was still working full-time.
Early mornings. Weekends. Every formula tested on skin like mine.
Not because the world needed another product, but because skincare had become too complicated for the people who needed it most.

Ingredients traceable to their source
Our core ingredients are traceable from farm to skin. Grass-fed tallow from a regenerative farm in Northern NSW. Organic Camellia Japonica from small island growers on Toshima Island, Japan. Kakadu plum seed oil, wild harvested from the Kimberley Region, WA. Each one chosen with care, each one with a clear origin.
