Refunds & Returns Policy
Our Commitment Under Australian Consumer Law
Under Australian Consumer Law, you have rights that cannot be taken away.
If a product has a major fault, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement.
If a product isn’t of acceptable quality but the issue isn’t major, you’re entitled to have it replaced.
These rights apply regardless of any other return policy we offer.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase You may choose a refund or store credit.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for skincare products that have been opened, used or are not in their original resaleable condition.
To request a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Photos of the packaging and product are required to process this return. Please email returns@radiancetallow.com.au with your proof of purchase.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is:

Not fit for its intended purpose

Significantly different from its description
For these cases:

We will cover return shipping costs

You may choose a refund or replacement where applicable
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the damage or fault to ensure we can process your request.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used skincare products, unless the product is faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
The following items are non-refundable unless faulty:

Promotional or discounted items (unless required by law)
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item for processing
