ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or product launches.If there is a delay in fulfilling your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia. Our rates are calculated at checkout.

Standard -
Delivery time: 3-7 business days.

Express Shipping:
Delivery time: 1-3 business days.

Orders over $130 qualify for free standard shipping.

International shipping is not available at this time. We currently only provide shipping in Australia.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
